Is He Going To Have A Heart Attack ?

my father in law is having episodes of slight pain in the center of his chest ,no numbness , he is diabetic, he said he starts to feel a little sick and dizzy and actually blacked out a while ago, he refuses to go to the emergency room, he also said he had trouble breathing. He has had trouble with his ears for years and might have an ear infection. Can you help?

hi;
chest pain of heart attack come in various forms .please ask your father -in-law to get a ECG done to rule out heart attack.Dizziness & black out can occur due to drop in sugar as he is a diabetic & may be taking medicine or also it can happen due to his long standing ear infection .IN ANY CASE HE HAS TO GO TO EMERGENCY.Explain him that if reports are normal he can easily came home without worrying.
