Is Headache And Nausea A Side Effect Of Citalopram Pills?

Hello. I was taking citalopram 20mg daily. On Monday i stopped taking citalopram cold turkey. Since then, i feel weird. I have a major headache, nausea, and really tired, everything hurts. Is this the flu or a side effect? My stomach is really big too.
