Hello and welcome to HCM,
Anti-tubercular medication for 7-8 months without any deleterious side effect is not expected to cause side effect now.
The anti-tubercular treatment is tolerated well and will not cause any side effect towards the end.
Headache and pain in neck seem to be due to some muscular cause which is causing pain in head radiating to neck.
Please consult your primary health care provider for clinical assessment and prescription of pain killers and muscle relaxants.

Thanks and take care
