Is Headache In A Toddler Post Being Hit On Forehead A Cause For Concern?

Yes thanks, my 4 year old son tripped coming down out of my SUV and hit his head on garage floor/pavement...specifically, right front eye brow bone. Immediate swelling and bruising, size of walnut. I iced it for 10 minutes and he seems okay, just complains of headache. This happened an hour ago. Do you advise I take him into doctor immediately? Thank you for your time, Kyla

I really appreciate your concern, any kind of head injuries need to be taken seriously and it is highly advisable to see the ER and CT head is needed then, it would be risky if not done like that, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
