Is Headache,blurred Vision And Short Breath Sign For Heat Stroke?

my friend went to class in a very cold class room when she came out of class the sun was very hot she said she felt to black out afterwards since then she is having headaches of extreme magnatude, blurred vision her pupils are very small, she has short breaths could this be signs of a heat stroke? what could it be?

It may not be signs of heart attack. It may be just hypoxia. and dehydration. Fund us examination is to be done. BP. and cg may be taken.Refraction can be done. If required correction can be given. maintain hydration she should improve.
