Is Heart Operation While Having Triple Vessel Heart Disease Dangerous?

Respected sir, My mom is Suffering from heart problem doctors suggested for CABG they said that Triple vessel disease with 90% Doctors saying that there is risk in operating so we are worring the whether go for operation or not & one of the doctor suggest for MRI (cardiac) shall we go for it
