General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Heart rate below 40 is dangerous and might cause serious problems. Headache is unrelated and may be a tension or cluster headache. As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. Consult a cardiologist and get an ECG done to rule out conditions like arrhythmia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
