Is Heaviness On Head A Side Effect Of Evion Capsules?

my habit is nail biting, someone suggest me to take evion capsol vitamin E to strong the nail. my hair and nail is so weak so i take these capsol but when i take this capsol my head become heavy, and also red pimples appear on my face, please tell me some suggestions, thank you

Side effects associated with doses greater than Evion 400 Units a day or long-term use include: headache, unusual tiredness or weakness, dizziness, etc. Oral doses greater than 300 units daily have rarely included rash.
