Is Heavy Bleeding A Side Effect Of Medicine Primolut Nor And Meclon Clotrimazolo Metronidazole?

Hi,my mother in law has been prescribed primolut nor and meclon clotrimazolo metronidazolo.She was prescribed them in Albania and is now staying with us in England.she doesn't know what they are for or why she is experiencing heavy bleeding?I'm trying to find out what these drugs are!thank you
