Hello,

You had sex with your partner on two consecutive days. She took Ipil on the next two consecutive days. She had very heavy periods. But this month she is having white discharge and backpain. If she has already taken I-pill within 72 hours of unprotected intercourse than risk of getting pregnant is very low.

She is suffering from the side effects of the CP taken. Due to hormonal imbalance, she may suffer from such symptoms, but as soon as the body adjusts, she will be fine. Thich white odorless discharge is normal, if odor is bad, it can be yeast infection. Sometimes, thick white discharge can be a sign of early pregnancy. In case she develops early symptoms of pregnancy then get her tested for pregnancy from the first morning mid-stream urine. She can also have a blood test for pregnancy done.

If pregnant she will be managed accordingly. Get her clinically examined by a gynecologist if symptoms persist. She can take acetaminophen when needed to help get relief from backache. Antifungal vaginal suppositories or oral antifungal medicines help treat fungal infection. Maintain hygiene and take it seriously.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
