Is Heavy Bleeding Normal After Taking Levonelle?

Hi, when with my girlfriend the condom broke. this was about a week after her period. Within 24 hours she took Levonelle. About a week later she complained of heavy bleeding for a number of days. 1) What are the chances she is pregnat? 2) Should she expect to get back on a normal cycle?
