Hello and welcome,

I am Dr Madhuri a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist and will be helping you with your queries.
A heavy bleeding with bits and pieces of tissue as well as a pad getting full in 10-15 minutes means that she is having an incomplete abortion. Bits of tissues must still be inside and cuasing the heavy bleed. So please take her to the emergency room immediately as she will need a surgical procedure called check curettage to remove the remaining pieces so as to stop the bleeding.

Please do not panic. This happens during abortions. The only issue is that the patients need emergency care and things can be controlled easily.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Thanks for using HCM.
