Is Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Normal After Taking Primolut Tablet?

i took a primolut for 10days now because i was bleeding alot , the bleeding stop on 3 days , but now i have my period and i see it is too much not like usually , i took dicynone one tablet this morning because i am scared , Doctor is it normal what i have after taking Primolut ? thank you
