Is Heavy Menstrual Bleeding Sign Of Uterine Synechiae?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I was diagnosed with profuse uterine synechiae and was having amenorrhea. Had to take meds to get periods. I lost nearly 10 kg and had a normal period without taking med. For the last 1 month and 1 week I am getting continuous periods without stopping. Some days heavy and some days not so heavy with medium-sized clots. I am scared and also if I have synechiae, can I still have heavy periods. What should I do now???
