Is Hemifacial Atrophy, Related With Shrinking Of Cheek And Jaw Bone?

Hi i think i may have Progressive Hemifacial Atrophy or parry romberg syndrome as one side of my face (left) seems to be shrinking. It's noticable around the jaw area, cheek bone area and teeth seem to be reverting inwards. How can i tell if this is actually what i have . Thanks
