Is Hemoglobin Level Of 13.4 A Cause For Concern?

hi,

i checked my HB and got 13.4

my weight is 115KG and hight is 181

30yr old Male frm india

am now to reduse my weight so doing the exersise and reduse my cunsumption of food

also quit my Smocking & Drinking Habbits

is this level dangourous for me ?

Please advice me ......

this hemoglobin is not abnormal for a man. It's rather low but normal. If you had a higher value in the past then you should worry about the reason it dropped. This level is not dangerous in itself though.
Just check an older blood count and make the comparison. If your hematocrit or hemoglobin is similar then there is absolutely no need to worry about it.
