General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, it is a matter of concern. The right amount of oxygenated blood needs to reach the fetus. Give her oral iron, folate nourishing diet and green leafy veggies. See her obstetrician immediately. She may require injectable iron or transfusion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
