Is Hershberger Syndrome Associated With Brown Eyes & Constipation?
My daughter was at the ER last night with severe stomach pain and vomiting only when standing. Ultrasound looked okay, white blood count 13000 but she has a uti. She has a brown spot in her blue eye that she was born with and was constantly fighting constipation and fecal impactions when she was little.......could any of this be the result of hershberger (?) syndrome?

This is called Hurshprung Syndrome.
This can be confirmed only by biopsy of the colon on colonoscopy of the suspected area.
Get tests for UTI like CBC , urine culture and sensitivity and get started for 3 week course of the antibiotic,; Getting ultrasonography and IVP is needed to see if there is another organic / somatic problem.
The constipation can be tackled well by suitable laxative.
