Is High HIV Reading Indicate Positive HIV Infection?

dear doctor ,i m a 30 year old male and i am very much scared with my increased hiv readings . actually i get a body massage in china and also a hand job . after 1 month i have done my pcr test, it was negative ,i also test hiv 1 & 2 at that time it was 0.13 but now means after 4 months i repeat hiv 1 & 2 again my hiv reading increased it is 0.33 and i also got ecoli infection.

i am very much scared that did i get the hiv infection

thank you for query.As the PCR and the antibody results are negative you need not worry of HIV.These readings tend to vary with personnel interpreting , the variations in body or due to technical reasons.but the variation need not be interpreted towards going to be positive.you can totally allay fears of HIV.Other infections do not usually alter the test results.take appropriate antibiotics for E.coli infection as per your doctor advice.You can get back to me for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
