Is High Blood Pressure Be Related To Flares From Sjogrens Syndrome?

I am 59 year old female. I have sjogrens syndrome. I had lupus like symptoms and have been prescribed plaquenil .I have recently had dizzy feelings and pressure in the head. My blood pressure (110/66) recently climbed to 160/80.I was prescibed 1 tablet (20 mg).a day of olmetec plus (5 days ago) but still have the same symptoms. What do you think? Could the high blood pressure be related to flares I get from Sjogrens ?
