Is High Fever After Unprotected Sex Related To HIV Infection?

Hi, sorry for my bad English
I'm from Korea. I had unprotected sex
(vaginal) with a woman and i think she is H+. At about 6 week post exposure I came down with a high fever
for one week. At about 1 week before exposure and at about 6 week post exposure I've been on 30 mg/day of prednisone for one week. Do you think it 's HIGH DOSE prednisone and delay hiv window period ?
At 14+ Weeks I took a Rapid Test and Elisa test (murex ag/ab combination) negative. Is it Conclusive ? Do I need to test for 6 month ?
