In some viral infection it may cause congenital malformation. Viral infection may comes as culture negative infection. I advice you should be diagnosed first. There is probability that it might be fungal or viral infection. Through examination at doctors clinic is essential to diagnose the condition. You can take the paracetamol to control the fever.
