Is High Uric Acid Level Causing Pain And Swelling In Toe?

Hello Doc, myself 68yrs, male, having uric acid level of 11.9 & having pain & swelling in right toe. pain is severe & I'm not even able to move around. plz suggest some remedy for immediate relief & also if possible do tell me abt the foods to be taken & foods to be avoided. Thanx
