Is Hip Replacement Surgery Safe After Taking Methadone?

I recently took some methadone i had from a previous prescrition. I am no longer prescribed it and my urine test ce back ppsitive for it. This was for clearance for a hip replacement surgery im supposed to be having in ten days. Will i be denied the surgery even if it out of my system by the surgery date?
