Is Home Based Pregnancy Test Reliable ?
I went to the doctors today because i havent been able to hpld food down ever since i got a chest infection and have been having heaps of migranes and also missed my period but i put that down to the high strees i have been under, i took a urine based pregnancy test and the second bar on it was faint but there so positive i guess. then i went and got a blood test and the results said im around 6 weeks pregnant . But the thing is i cant be, the last time i had sex was over 6 months ago and we used protection.....im getting a ultra sound to be 100% sure....but how on Earth could i be 6 weeks pregnant if i havent done it for 6 months.....????????????

Some times it is possible false positive test.
Go for blood test again and see the titre,if it was false positive then titre will be decreased.
But go for ultra sound as you are going for will give the correct picture.
