N heterogenous echo pattern. endometriale thickness measures 8.9mm minimal endometrial collection seen. E/O Multiple well defined hypoechoic lesion of variables seen arising from utrine mymometrium,largest mes. 27 x 26mm seen arising from ant mymometrium n 44 x 41 mm n 39 x 37mm seen arising from post mymoterium with mutliple calcific foci seen within it s/o fibroids with degenerative changes.cervix,ovary rt/lt normal. please advice me for further treatment . Is homeopathy suits in this condition for further tretment.
