Is Honey Effective For Whizzing Problem Or Any Other Remedy ?
sir,my age is 27.Basically i am also tamilnadu.right now i am in muscat,3months ago l have sugar problem,afterwards i have taken some diet , Yoga ,exercise and sutable food.Now my sugar level is 105.But,soma time i am feeling some breathing problem.some body told me,take some honey it will cure.But i am really fear for taking honey.Now can i take honey or not.Kidly give me advise.My email-(petchi_engg@yahoo.com)

When you are doing regular yoga exercise you should not get any breathing problems I suppose until you are having other allergic problems. Honey can be taken in small quantities in diabetics also. Get a physician check up also to rule out allergic bronchitis.
