Is Hugging Or Cheek Kissing A Breast Cancer Patient Risky?

my aunt (mother s sister) has breast cancer, operated. now has got the cancer in the bones. she is in the last stage as the doctor s suggest. is it safe for my 4 and 9 year old kids to meet her. is there any risk of getting the sickness by hugging or cheek kissing.
