Is Hysterectomy Needed Due To Vaginal Bleeding?

hi,my mom has abnormal vaginal bleeding problem at the time of periods from 4 months,she is 47.After she undergone all the tests the doctors suggested her go for hysterectomy.And the problem is her uterus is tear some portion,we want to take a second opinion,removing uterus is safe for her health.and also suggest which gynecologist is good for these operations in bangalore,pls reply me asap Thanks in advance
