Is Hysterectomy Or Fibroid Embolisation Better For Fibroid, Thickened Endometrium And Mild Hydronephrosis?

The final diagnosis is fibroid,Thickened endometrium of 1.7cm maximum diameter and mild hydronephrosis both kidney. would you advice hysterectomy or fibriod embolisation as suggested. what are likely effect of this diagnosis if treatment is delayed,thanks. i am 48yrs.with 3 children delivered through natural birth.

It’s better to go for hysterectomy. If it’s is asymptomatic then surgery can be delayed for some time.
