Is Hysterectomy Suggested For Endometrial Hyperplasia?

I am a 52 year old woman who is experiencing heavy bleeding and severe cramping due to endometrial hyperplasia. Endometrial biopsy indicated no precancerous cells. Doctor has suggested Novasure ablation or hysterectomy as treatment. I have never experienced this type of bleeding and it lasts for 2-3 weeks. I was anemic last month. My mother and aunt had breast cancer and mastectomy and my maternal grandmother had uterine cancer and hysterectomy. What should I do?
