Is I-pill Causing Painful Menses?

hello docs, this is a girl of 19 years and unmarried. i am having problems with menstruation that is irregular. i remember i had taken i-pills twice in an month for having sex....now my mentruation takes anormally..sometimes in 2 weeks..in 18days and this time in a week..this is also very painful in abdomen. i am having severe pain with loss in appetite and bleeding.....is the problem because of i-pill that i have taken or any other?????
please help me.
