Is Ileitis Curable?

Is ileitis curable? Multiple erosions have been found in ileum. My colonoscopy report is normal(as doctor said). Having done DBE doctor stated the above findings. Now the doctor has suggested me for MR entereoscopy. I am 16 yrs old and a student.I have been suffering from abdominal pain (followed by vomiting) for 6 yrs.Mucus is present in my stool.No presence blood.In a day I have pass my stool out for 3 to 4 times. Pls suggest me, what should I do now?

Hi,

Yes, ileitis is curable. As colonoscopy reports are normal, so be relax. Ileitis may be a due to infections. You may require antibiotics after consultation. Take proper hygiene diet and water.
