Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Suspicious of pneumonia or mass. Right para cardiac means it's on the right side of the heart. As per the report was given, she seems to be having pneumonia or a mass.

She should be evaluated by her treating doctor and she may need further lab tests such as CBC, ESR, sputum for AFB, Mantoux test and CT scan to come to a diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
