Is Increase In Heart Rate After A Hot Shower A Side Effect After Switching From Metoprolol To Lisinopril-HCTZ?

I recently changed from Metotoprol BP medication to lisinopril hctz, my blood pressure is much better after just 2 days however my heart rate has increased - before the new med it was around 75 on average, when I took my BP this AM it was 122, it has since dropped to 96 but after a hot shower it jumped to 130, is this a side effect of the new med or something to be concerned about? How soon should it drop after the hot shower?
