Is Increased BP, Shortness Of Breath And Back Pain With History Of Having Bypass Surgery Normal?

Yes I had 5 by pass heart surgery in 2008 Lately My blood pressure has all of a sudden going up and I am getting short of breath when I exert myself I take one metoprolol 25 mg at night. Also I get back pain when I do very much My cardiologist seems to think blood flow is fine and nothing is wrong so why do I not feel good
