Is Increased Dosage Of Gabapentin Along With Meloxicam Safe?

I have been on Gabapentin now for 6 months, my Doctor just increased my Dose to two (2) Capsules 300MG 3 Times a Day, instead of one (1) Capsule 300MG 3 Times per Day.In addition she has added Meloxicam for Arthritis Pain and Swelling...Is this Ok to take with the Gabapentin?

for arthritis you can take combination of meloxicam and gabapentin.meloxicam is the best choice for arthritis patients has less side effects,
