Never use this aborting drug at home as it cause excessive bleeding and incomplete abortion
Yes you can use misoprostol for abortion, but under the guidance of gynecologist and you can use this drugs only for up to 9 week of pregnancy.
First you have to confirm the intrauterine pregnancy & gestational age by USG before using pills.
Because its only use in intrauterine pregnancy.
You can used gynecologist prescribed medical abortion kit.

You can use below:

800 microg of misoprostol administered every 8 h for 24 h for abortion for up to 9 weeks of gestation
first misoprostol doses: self-administered into the vagina;
second and third doses: administered orally or vaginally depending on the amount of bleeding under the guidance of gynecologist

After 14 days Check for incomplete abortion by USG

Slight Bleeding and abdominal cramp may continue for 4-6 days.
After using drugs take following advice:
Proper rest, Tablet meftal spas, Healthy diet and check for foul smelling vaginal discharge to prevent infections

Tab. Misoprostol 800 mcg every 6 hourly up to 3 doses.
Dose schedule depend upon the amount of bleeding, under the guidance of gynecologist.
Follow up USG to confirm the completeness of abortion process for best practice (Checking for incomplete abortion) after 14 days
In early pregnancy abdominal cramp & passing of blood and tissue like clots like slight more than menstruation will be occur for 4-6 days.
Proper rest, healthy diet, tablet meftal spas, maintains pelvic hygiene and check for foul smells vaginal discharge to prevent infection
Use safer sex practice (I pill, condoms) and choose your contraception method to prevent unwanted pregnancies.
