Is Ingesting Oxygen Absorber During Pregnancy Harmful For Baby?

hello..doctor, i am a pregnant woman, now i am 15 weeks pregnant, when i am pregnant around 10 weeks plus, i m miseating oxygen absorber, when my mum in law blended drink for me, she misput the food absorber inside, i am worry what will happen to my baby ? is it food absorber a toxic ?

Usually oxygen absorber packet/sachet is used to remove oxygen from packed food items.
Please tell did you use it after opening the pack ?
Most of these contain Iron oxide, Sodium chloride and others.
