Is Inhomogeneous Calcification At The Right Lower Base Along The Inner Rib Wall With A Cavity A Concern?

My son has inhomogeneous calcification at the right lower base along the inner rib wall with a cavity. He was coughing with slight blood in the mucus. He has been on medication but still coughs when he lies on his right side. What does it mean and what should we do?
