Is Injection To Rupture Follicle Effective In Causing Conception?
Hi!!!
My age is 24, height 5 feet and weight 50kg. its been 5months i got married and me and my husband are trying to conceive. i had my last cd on 18th of july. My gyne dr has given me prolifen for 5 days and then parlodel starting from 25th july and ultrasound on 30th july. i had my ultrasound and the report says the dominant follicle size was 20mm in left ovary. but the follicle isnt ruptured yet so no signs of ovulation yet. my doc advised my for an injection so to rupture the follicle. now is there any chance to get pregnant?
i am soo worried and depressed.

Hi, the injection is very effective in rupturing the follicles and it increases the chance of pregnancy by releasing the egg for fertilisation. Take progesterone for next 2 weeks.
