Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir

Insulin alone might not be enough for the control of diabetes, because of these points
1. If there is insulin resistence then insulin sensitizers are needed to reduce it
2. the dosage of insulin you are taking might not be enough for the control of sugars

Taking pills along with insulin will reduce its requirment and also insulin resistance.

Thanks
