Is Intake Of Antibiotics Safe With Duromine Drugs?

hi can you take antibiotics with duromine? going to doctors today and thinking i have a throat infection symptoms: sore throat, look in mirror it looks red and lumpy at the back, cant see pus or white spots, fever and chills for couple days, sore neck with swollen nodes on neck under ears. i have been excercising alot on a cross trainer and have been eating really small meals during the day becuase i feel guilty if i eat whilst on duromine. in 17 days i have lost 8kg. could i have simply exhausted my body an is it worth going to the doc.
