HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are different reasons that may be recommended at night. The clonazepam and trazodone can cause drowsiness, so taking it during the day may mean that she would be drowsy during the day.

Statins for high cholesterol work better at night but would not cause any harm if given in the am.

Omeprazole is normally given at night because symptoms tend to be worse at night or early am but also would not cause harm in the morning.

Namenda and donepezil are for alzheimers, there should be no problem and the mirtazapine is an anti depressant, there should be no issue with this either.
The dicyclomine is used to treat bowel complaints, this would not cause an adverse reaction if given in the am.

I hope this helps
