Is Intake Of Turmeric Advisable While Treating Breast Cancer?

I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer in 2015. I had 16 treatments of chemo and 32 treatments of radiation. A friend had similar treatments and was advised to take turmeric along with her maintenance medication. I m not on a maintenance medication. My question is do you think it is beneficial to for me to take turmeric before consulting my oncologist.

Hello,

As turmeric is a natural antibiotic it can be taken. 1 tsp a day should be good. It will create heat in the body and you should cool down the body as well. Consumption of gooseberry and lemonade in a daily routine will cool down the body as well it will act as a detoxifying agent.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
