Hi,

It's better to follow the precautions as if patency of internal sutures or recovery has been established with normal periods etc., and healing time is adequately achieved, vigorous physical activity like intercourse can be started else chance of disruption of sutures etc does exist with internal visceral strain.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
