Is Intercourse Allowed While Being On Medications For A Ruptured Bartholin Cyst?

hi i had/have a bartholin gland cyst that ruptured on it's own, it was very painful and my doctor had perscibed antibiotics for it...i am currently taking the medicine my doctor perscribed for me and the swollen area has gone down and does not cause me any pain, but i was wondering is it ok to have sex or should i wait until i am finished with my meds?
