Is Interferons Or Stem Cell Therapy Advisable For MS?

Hello Sir,



This is Ravindra, I have a recurrence with multiple sclerosis after an year. And have got in touch with neurosurgeons. The MRI shows lessions in brain and spinal. Sir, all doctors have agreed its MS and I need to go for further treatment. I have two options for treatment :

1. Interferons

2.Stem Cell Therapy



Could you give a direction which is best suited as I am confused.
