Is Intermittent Shortness Of Breath Especially While Lying Down?

I find myself short of breath from time to time. Especially when I lay down in bed flat to go to sleep I find myself very short of breath I’ve had my heart checked did a stress test and echo everything comes back fine I feel something in the center of my stomach just below the breastbone
