Is Irregular Menses A Symptom Of Sexually Transmitted Diseases?

Had a period on March 17th ending 23rd and now it restarted on April 3 very light but with cramps. I have had unprotected sex prior to my period in March. So do I have a std or is this normal? I am regular for 40 years never a std so I am worried.
